Too Tired to Eat
Another AUS Global Day has come and gone. There's something I wanna say about last night's experience. While I'm thinking about it, I'm embedding my latest fun with bootlegged backing tracks computer room/studio doodles. I have a new short attention span goal--recording soud tracks for the thousands of photos we have of our many, many cats waiting in the land of nod for their next feeding time.

Cooool! Every cat needs a sound track and every soundtrack needs a cool cat to record it. Don't you like how it all works out?
Them's some beauty kitties. What is NOT to love about a cat all curled up with nose tucked into paws? Is that the blinded kitty of long ago? I thought that cat found a home. I guess there's more than one one-eyed cat.
Shit. How many cats DO you have?
How many cats? Let me get out my calculator. Um. Her 2, my 3, add in the 2 "we-can't-leave-this-kitten-out-here-let's-take-it-home-and-try-to-find-it-a-home" cats we've had now for many years. Seven. Oh. Plus one orphan who is a roamer with bed and breakfast privileges when he's around; another orphan who squats on the porch. Both also have health care I might add. So technically 7 plus the 2 hobos. I downloaded a bunch of backing tracks, some blues, some jazz. (I'm going through my semi-annual I really need to learn some new licks phase) so eventually each cat might get its own signature tune.
The cyclops is only half blind. We like to think of him as perpetually giving us a wink, reminding us to not take it all too seriously.
Hey! There are update videos I occasionally receive from the blind cat adopters. I'll upload them and which means I can put off thoughtful musings on the mundane and absurd until tomorrow.
